"Effective communication is vital to the daily workings of the Sussex School." The quality of life and education at Sussex depends heavily on the quality of our communication. For the school to establish effective procedures and policies, it needs to have good communication among all of its members—administrators, parents, board members, teachers, and students. When communication flows freely in all directions, the educational experience of our students, as well as the working environment of our teachers and administrators, are mutually enriched.
