For over 50 years, Sussex School has provided its students with an innovative and progressive learning experience in a family-oriented setting. The Sussex Board of Directors supports the work of Sussex School and provides mission-based leadership in school governance, strategic planning, and long-term school advancement in partnership with the Head of School.

Board service requires active participation and engagement, and easily covers the annual 60 hours of school service required of current Sussex families. Board service is also a rewarding experience; it is their responsibility and their task to help secure a healthy future for Sussex School.
