Fall Fling Community Party

Location: Ogren Park at Allegiance Field - Home of the Missoula Paddleheads *Please note that this is an outdoor event. We will have tent coverage in case of rain, but as we all know, temps can swing wildly at this time in Montana, so be sure to dress for the weather.

Theme: No theme this year aside from fallish fun. Come as you are ready to dance and play some lawn games. 

​

Food & Beverage: We are thrilled to be working with the Paddleheads crew for both our food and beverage needs for the event. Come ready to enjoy a BBQ cookout-style menu (leave room for dessert). Vegetarian option will be provided!

What to Expect: Live music, good music, food, laughter, live auction, paddle call, and a silent auction. In the days leading up to the event, some items will be available for bidding and viewing online. Stay tuned for more details as we get closer to the event!

Ticket Options: This year, we are going with a pay-what-you-can model for our tickets! We have three paid options and one free ticket for Kids. If you have any questions about the event or ticketing, please reach out to Carol.

• Aspen Ticket: Our base Aspen Ticket at $30 per person covers the cost of your dinner and some of our lawn activities.

• Larch Ticket: Our Larch Ticket, at $60, covers the per-person cost for the event and sets a little aside to kick off our annual fund for the new year.

• Juniper Ticket: The Juniper Ticket, at $90, covers the per-person cost for the Fall Fling and helps support professional development opportunities for Sussex staff.

• Sapling Kids Ticket: There is no cost for Kids to attend the Fall Fling! If you are planning to bring your kids, please reserve a free ticket for them so we can have an accurate RSVP count! We will have lawn games available for them on the baseball field. Parents are ultimately responsible for their kids at the event. We are not providing child care. AfterCare staff will be on the field to ensure child safety only.

Check-Out: Much like last year, check-out will all happen after the event, and any auction items you win will be available for pickup the following week.
