​​Theme: Boots + Bowties

Dust off your cowboy boots, slip into a bowtie, or mix and match your own flair! Whether you go all out with western glam or keep it casual, you’ll fit right in. Our theme is easy, fun, and flexible — so wear what makes you feel ready to dance, mingle, and enjoy the evening.

From denim and boots to dresses and dinner jackets, there’s no wrong way to show up for Boots + Bowties at the Ballpark.

What to Expect

Get ready for a night that blends Montana charm with a touch of elegance — all under the big sky.

• Elevated Montana-style menu with a refined twist. Vegan & vegetarian offerings will be available, and we have a special treat in store for dessert this year! 

• Sip & Savor – Choose from a selection of local craft beers, hand-picked wines, crisp seltzers, and refreshing non-alcoholic options.

• Live Music & Dancing – Kick up your boots or sway under the stars — it’s your night.

• Kids’ Corral – A special area on the baseball field just for kids, with games, activities, and plenty of space to run and play. Parents are responsible for supervising their own children. 

• Lawn Games & Good Company – From cornhole to giant Jenga, bring your playful side.

• Live Auction & Paddle Call – Bid big, laugh often, and help raise funds for Sussex programs.

• Silent Auction – Get a sneak peek of auction items online in the days leading up to the event, then finalize your bids in person.

Dress for the Weather

This is an outdoor event. We’ll have tent coverage if it rains, but late September in Montana can swing from sunny to chilly quickly. Dress comfortably, and bring a jacket or wrap for the evening.

Ticket Options: We’ve made it easy for everyone to attend by offering flexible ticket pricing. Whether you’re coming solo, with a partner, or bringing a full crew — there’s a ticket option for you.

• Aspen Ticket – $40 per person
  Covers your dinner and some lawn activities.

• Larch Ticket – $70 per person
  Covers your event costs and helps launch our annual fund.

• Juniper Ticket – $100 per person
  Covers your costs and supports professional development for Sussex staff.

• Sapling Kids Ticket – Free!
  Kids are welcome to join in the fun. Please reserve a ticket for each child so we can plan accordingly. Parents are responsible for their children during the event.​
